First time testing with order management, just make sure to take precaution and remove other client data or accounts. Steps as below,
STEPS :
1) Comment out all accounts in settings that is from other than your current project.
2) Update config in backend(admin)

3) Clean up orders, member, staff
Make sure you remove the previous client data/accounts before doing the testing order. Follow the steps that has been given.
